Conditions for granting a rial facility

Applicants for receiving Rials from the National Development Fund's resources must have the general conditions set forth in the Rial Regulations "Section IV (Authorized Persons)" approved by the Board of Trustees of the National Development Fund. Also, the proposals submitted by applicants for obtaining facilities from the National Development Fund's resources should be in accordance with the third part of the Rials Regulations in the framework of the list of priorities for payment of the facilities listed in Appendix 4.

Conditions for granting currency facilities

Applicants for obtaining currency facilities from the National Development Fund's funds must have the general terms and conditions set forth in the currency regulation "Section Five (Authorized Persons)" approved by the Board of Trustees of the National Development Fund. Also, the proposals submitted by applicants for obtaining currency facilities from the National Development Fund's resources should be in accordance with Section 4 of the Currency Regulations in the framework of the list of priorities for payment of currency facilities listed in Attachment No.3.
